Thanks to @shadowhawkxx idea of making cookies, I decided to try my hand at cookies.
I wanted to make them as healthy as possible, at the sacrifice of taste.
-1 day of Soylent including oil
-2 teaspoons of baking powder
-2 medium eggs
-4 tablespoons of chocolate chips
-1 cup of water
Total calories = 2,440
Yield = 19 cookies
Calories per cookie = 129
How to make? 350F for 12-14 minutes, PAM on baking pan
Taste? Slightly powdery and energy bar like, but the chocolate chips definitely make it good. If I were to change the recipe I would add more chocolate chips. The one I use is 70 calories per tablespoon.
I like the change and dipping a few of these in Soylent is a great change of pace.
