My Soylent Cookies - No sugar added

#1

Thanks to @shadowhawkxx idea of making cookies, I decided to try my hand at cookies.

I wanted to make them as healthy as possible, at the sacrifice of taste.

My ingredients:
-1 day of Soylent including oil
-2 teaspoons of baking powder
-2 medium eggs
-4 tablespoons of chocolate chips
-1 cup of water

Total calories = 2,440
Yield = 19 cookies
Calories per cookie = 129

How to make? 350F for 12-14 minutes, PAM on baking pan

Taste? Slightly powdery and energy bar like, but the chocolate chips definitely make it good. If I were to change the recipe I would add more chocolate chips. The one I use is 70 calories per tablespoon.

I like the change and dipping a few of these in Soylent is a great change of pace.

When you say 1 day of Soylent including oil, is that also including water, or are you just using the oil and the eggs for binding?

Wait…you are dipping Soylent cookies into Soylent? So brilliant! Such tasty! Much meta! Wow!

Good catch, sorry Gareth. I edited the recipe. I added 1 cup of water and the usual oil.

Well done. I will be giving these a try. @webrecluse would these work for you?

No worries, thanks for updating. I definitely have to try this at some point!
