Anyone watch this Ted talk? Her point about soft diets is interesting given soylent texture.

The favorable nutrients were also interesting.

Also important was the length between meals. I guess something like mini-fasting. Maybe that would push us away from the 5 - 400kcal drinks to 3 - 667kcal drinks a day?

With my height and amount of exercise I need about 2,300kcal to maintain my weight. Currently I eat 2,000kcal of Soylent 1.5 and a snack of 1/2 cup of popcorn made in the microwave. I’m not talking about microwave popcorn you buy at the store, but plain popcorn popped in the microwave with absolutely nothing added. I am somewhat happy that gets me the crunchy addition to my diet they talked about.

Dumping soylent 2.0 into a taco shell.
Still less messy than eating a regular taco.
The image of someone sitting across from you watching in horror as you casually dump a milk like substance into a plain taco shell brings pleasure to my mind.
