I’ve noticed that Nutrient Profiles for DIY recipes can be widely different.
Sometimes it seems a recipe profile has been altered to ensure the % daily values hit 100% when in fact they might be over or under when using a different profile.
My questions are;

- is the community sure the USA government DRI is correct?
- are there any other good profiles?
