Official Soylent using Whey Isolate or Concentrate?


Maybe multiple variants should be considered, mainly thinking about the fact that easily more than half of the worlds population have problems digesting lactose but Concentrate being cheaper…
Yes, there is the vegan version but still, if you just want to avoid that one thing, having to switch to it would be kind of stupid.


I would go for isolate. Concentrate is cheaper per gram, but is it cheaper per gram of protein? On top of that, you mention lactose intolerance, but in concentrate, you have more non protein ingredients, which means a larger amount of toxic by products from antibiotics, synthetic growth hormones, and allergic/toxic reactions to grains that are not the natural food of cattle.
