I already submitted an “Order Problem” request via the website, but since the automated response said you are inundated with support requests and it may take more than 24 hours to respond I thought I’d post here (since I haven’t found a phone # to call).
Over the weekend I re-activated two subscriptions. In two weeks I will be on travel, so I wanted to get them as quickly as possible. I used the “I want it now” button, not realizing this was simply a one-click purchase button and not a way to request prioritized shipping options. I now have 4 orders (all 4 already billed), when I only wanted 2.
Is there anyway you can have someone look into this before the orders ship? I only want 1 week of 1.5 and 120 bottles of 2.0.
