Ok I skipped last week since I was busy and forgot to post but now that just means I have 2 weeks to report on.
2 Weeks ago or week 3 of the diet I bumped up exercise to 3 runs of 1.67 miles per run (its a made up route starting from my house that goes through side streets in a big circle) and had several 1 real meal per day day's on the weekend and only lost 1lb for that week bringing my 244 to 243.
Last week or week 4 of the diet I was not able to exercise. Again meals were replaced several days of the week including weekends with real food. On those days I only ate 1 meal for dinner. I do like soylent but my cravings for food are to much! At least I pick better choices instead of old habits so far. Lost 3.5lbs for the week bringing me down to a small milestone of 239.5 from 243.
One thing I can say is I like soylent WAY more with the cocoa powder in it like others have recommended. It takes the really sweet taste away which is probably due to the bitterness of the cocoa. Best decision ever. Also jdemtp that idea sounds absolutely amazing... I might have to try and get some.
I still have 4 more weeks to go, as it is right now I am only on box # 2 of the 4 box's they provided for the month supply. I found splitting the batches to 2 or even getting 1 extra cup out of it on the 3rd day is making this stuff extremely cost effective, way more than I ever imagined it to be. At this rate I will have enough to last almost 3 months. Granted about 7 days were real food.
