Okay, to start. I’m pretty sure there aren’t any omega-42 fatty acids. There are apparently as least 1-9 (I think), of which 3,6,7, and 9 all appear to be recommended for nutrition.
Does anybody know what the difference is between all of them? I thought 3/6 ratios were complicated enough, would any of the other fatty acids make a positive impact? What should the ratios be between the other, less popular, fatty acids? And should we care about the other numbers?
I’m not even sure where to start with this… haha
