One-time order on top of subscription: never shipped

On top of my 14-day-supply subscription, on 12/19/2014, I ordered a one-time order for 28 days plus a pitcher. I got the pitcher, but the soylent has not shipped. I was expecting it to take 1-2 weeks as stated by soylent for reordering customers. All my orders and subscriptions have been using the same email address.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I’m in the exact same boat, I reordered on the 17th (#44113) and got the pitcher but not the soylent. I’ve sent multiple emails in the past several weeks and there has been no response whatever from @soylent. I can understand a slow response due to being a small company but this is starting to become aggravating.
