Order sent to wrong address



I received my shipping confirmation last week, however BOTH the address listed in the email AND the shipping information tied to the FedEx tracking number are incorrect.

I had already updated my address with my new one (I moved between placing the order and now) but it appears to have STILL been shipped to my old apartment.

Sorry for starting new thread on this. Has anyone had any luck with using FedEx’s customized delivery option address forwarding, or will this just have to be sorted out via customer service?

(Speaking of customer service, is email the only way of contacting them at the moment?)
