Plant Paradox and Soylent

#1

Does anybody know how Soylent fits in with Dr Gundry’s Plant Paradox Program?

Thank you

Here are the main ingredients in Soylent, before all of the vitamins/supplements:
FILTERED WATER, SOY PROTEIN
ISOLATE, MALTODEXTRIN, HIGH OLEIC SUN-
FLOWER OIL, ISOMALTULOSE, CANOLA OIL,
RICE STARCH, OAT FIBER, ISOMALTOOLIGO-
SACCHARIDE, SOY LECITHIN

As far as I can tell, none of these are on the “Yes” list for this diet. And most are on the “No-do not eat” list.

Its an interesting diet. From trying to research it, there is a lot of advertising and fake reviewing going on. It appears to be a Keto diet that also avoids a list of other items the “DR” decided were unhealthy.
I have no doubt keto alone would help the majority of people get the results they claim, and the other items may be things some people are sensitive to.
