Please critique my DIY formula

my goals for this formula are:

  • Optimal nutrition given current research
  • Inexpensive
  • bland tasting

I hope I’m not overdosing or completely forgot something. Meals are adjusted to 400kcal. Dogefood stronk is for breakfast before I exercise in the morning.


I haven’t opened the spreadsheet myself, but you may get a better response if you enter your recipe into the DIY site. The site allows for a great breakdown of the overall recipe, as well as the individual ingredients, and you can plug in your preferred nutrition profile to see how you stack up and what you need to tweak. Makes it a lot easier for others to help too.
