Prebiotics initial thoughts?


hey everybody—

just looking for some pre-cursory thoughts on adding prebiotics into the mix. @rob either mentioned pre or pro in his formula, but it seemed more like hypothesizing at the time.


I use a fiber source that is prebiotic. I also add a packet to each days mix that contains the 2 most common strains found in yogurt. I used to eat a lot of yogurt before soylent.
