Very high Omega 6, not to mention the high O6 : O3 ratio. Look to get that down at least a 6:1 if not better. Lots of high values all around mostly from the GNC mix, so maybe start by lowering the usage of that and finding out ingredients to fill out the holes left by doing so.

Try using Rob’s Recommendation for target nutrition. You are way too high on omega 6 and a bit high on niacin.

You can fix the omega 6 by using healthier oil. Throw out the soybean oil and try using coconut oil and/or virgin, cold pressed olive oil (other potential healthy oils include macademia, avocado, and palm).
