Shipping not available?

I’m wanting to re-activate my subscription, but I recently moved so I’m wanting to update my shipping address, but when I try to update it I get the error message “Sorry, it doesn’t look like this subscription is available in your area.” which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense since I live in Phoenix, AZ.

Could you have gotten the zip wrong? I did that once and got my product delayed – after it went to Uganda instead of the US.
