Just had a question that i couldnt really find anywhere, wouldn’t there be some kind of variation how much you should eat depending on your body size?
I think its just a matter of matching the proper calorie intake
[the calories you need] / 2010 cals in a bag = grams you should eat per day / 444 grams in a bag
In case anyone in this forum isn’t hot on algebra, here it is solved:
( [the calories you need] * 444 ) / 2010 = the number of grams of powder you should eat per day
