Soy Protein Powder

Whenever I have purchased soy protein isolate, it has always been slightly yellow vs. the white soylent powder and never mixed the same way that the soylent powder does.

Does anyone what the difference is? What brand manufacturers the protein in soylent?

Obviously Soylent has a bunch of stuff in it other than soy protein isolate, so I guess there are lots of differences. I’m not sure what Rosa Labs use to make Soylent mix well with water, although for me, 1.6 and 1.7 have mixed a bit easier than 1.5 did.
