I placed an order and was billed for Soylent 2.0 on Sept 22, 2015. However, I still have yet to receive any shipping confirmation email. Is Soylent 2.0 back logged (relative to the 48 hour shipping notice on the site)? Has anyone else noticed shipping of 2.0 is delayed?
The last 2.0 I ordered was on September 16, tracking number received on Sept 18, package arrived on Sept 23.
However, when I looked that up I did notice that I was missing a shipping notification for my initial order of 2.0. All I ever received was the subscription confirmation on August 3; I never received a shipping notification email, but it arrived on September 12 (three days after launch). It also doesn’t show up in the “Recent Shipments” section of my Soylent.com account. All I see are the various powder orders and the second 2.0 order, which it says shipped on September 17.

Well, crud. I know this is nothing compared to what you old timers lived through in the early days, but it probably means I’ll need to stay at one Soylent a day for a little bit longer.
I’m in the exact same boat… ordered on the 22nd, credit card charged on the 23rd, their system claims it was shipped on the 24th but I never got a shipping label notice and no Soylent.
