Soylent Customer Service Feedback

I recently cancelled by Soylent subscription because I was not keeping up with the amount being sent out. About a week after I cancelled I got a shipping notification with another 2 weeks charged to my Visa. I contacted Soylent support and got a reply saying I will receive a full refund and to keep the 2 weeks for free!

The customer service at Soylent has really improved and I feel very respected and valued as a customer. Just wanted to share my positive experience.
