Soylent, less controversial edition


This is a revision of my first recipe which was clearly very controversial for several completely warranted reasons.

Here’s the sheet:

There are 2178 calories or thereabouts but most are from fat so you’d have to adjust if that’s not your preference.

I also chose a bran with a very low glycemic load.

I made sure that the ratio of omega-3s to omega-6 was optimally healthy, and I met all nutritional needs afaik.



Also, the cream of tartar tastes terrible so you might want to try to mix that with something else and drink it separately.

You’ll also need to add a minimal amount of vitamin C and drink extra water because of the large amount of fiber.
