I added about 2.5 grams of salt a day, which adds another 1000mg of sodium. With other changes, my total sodium is about 1600mg.
In Rob’s initial experiments, he was experiencing joint pain until he added sulphur. Maybe you’re right and they’re using a different protein source that takes care of it now… but again - no explanation from them.
Stick to the RDA, sodium is super important and plays a part in a ton of your bodies functions.
