Soylent observations

#1

Ya know…In the beginning, Soylent was created and all was well with the world…{Ok not entirely well} but the concept, vision and all were pretty lined up.

Once enough product was shipped that feedback from the masses started to roll in, it was clear that there were challenges. Many challenges.

Quite a bit of time passed before those challenges were addressed and changes to the product were made…v1.1 was born and all was almost well again…

But now v1.1’s buddy v1.2 has already made an appearance and, compared to the time between v1.0 and v1.1, it’s really quite fast!

It’s pretty impressive to me that RL seems to be much more focused and on top of things and open and flexible to feedback from us…Keep it up imho…

There’s probably a very logical logistical reason for the quick turnaround time between 1.1 and 1.2 (like the fact that 1.0-to-1.1 probably established a process for in-lining a new version with the shipping and production process), but I’m still pretty impressed and pleasantly surprised

Another potential reasoning is that the original one weekers finally got their shipments around the end of September/beginning of October and there was a large sample size of complaints coming in all at once.

Yep, same here…
