Soylent smoothies or Soylent as additive


Has anyone tried mixing Soylent with other foods? What foods complement Soylent?

What about spices?


I think I’ve already posted about this, but I’m a big fan of cinnamon oil.
I’ve used it in the past to create my own flavoured yoghurt, I think it would
probably work well, but I haven’t had a chance to try it yet.

Oh, and frozen blueberries would probably also go well.

If you try it, please let me know how it goes.


I some times make fruit smoothies, and make a customs blend of additives, ala soylent smoothies…


I’m buying 20oz smoothies and putting them in the blender with two scoops (1 meal) Soylent. I’m aware I’m raising the calorie content, but the taste is excellent, at least for me. I’m not much of a cook/experimenter, so this has been an easy alternative for me.
