Soylent website doesn't know my e-mail address. Can someone from Soylent help me?


For whatever reason the Soylent website forgot my e-mail address so I can’t log in to change my subscription. (I can still login here under my username.) I’m going to have an order come in another week or so and I want to pause it but of course I can’t since I can’t login. I sent a message on here to Soylent but after a week I’ve gotten no response I’m trying this instead. Anyone know who to contact re. this?


Never mind, I just created a new account on the Soylent website and it seems to work now, although they’ve changed the website and it’s less aesthetically pleasing to me now, but that doesn’t matter.
