I’ve been reading about micronutrients inhibiting or aiding absorption of others. Is there a way I can work around this by making a constant macro blend, and having a different micro stack for each serving? Or are there multis that already account for this?
My worthless opinion: the Internet makes things like this an issue, when it really isn’t. TMI.
Inhibition doesnt automatically mean something like 1 gm of something inhibiting exactly 1gm of another. There are diff degrees of inhibition. But as long as you can get all micros in a day, i dont see how having a different micro stack for each serving can be a problem too.
