Strategically Timed Supplements

Some DIYers or official formula tweakers might like this article. It concerns supplement timing (here with a focus on physical fitness) to recieve maximum effects.

I think the larger idea here could be useful to anyone. Maybe you take anti-aging supplements or pills for digestion, energy, relaxation or body hacking. I use to think coffee and food were the only things dependent on the time of day.
