Substance in Black Pepper Increases Nutrient Absorption

I had read this a few days ago and found it quite interesting. Has anyone else added pepper to their soylent/diy drinks?

I add pepper to the servings I add curcumin to because it increases the bioavailability.

I take Turmeric daily maybe I should just open the capsules into my mix I just went back to google and found this page on how turmeric and black pepper are awesome together…

Turmeric stains like crazy. Best just leave it in the capsule and get one that has pepper in it next time.
