As VP of Customer Success, Julio Miles is responsible for managing
communications between the Soylent team and customers, advocating for
supporters and ensuring their feedback is heard.

Sounds like @JulioMiles is our voice to the Rosa Labs leadership.


What else is new? We all know what he is supposed to do, but all I see is refunds.

Definitely not this “advocating for supporters”. Unless you mean financial supporters and not the people who supported the campaign in the first place.


So they let you sit in on any Rosa Labs meetings, and you know that he doesn’t read the forums to share what we say to the Rosa Labs team?
