The Unit "IU" - How to convert to UG and MG

#1

Rob mentions Vitamin A, D and E and measures them in "IU"s. However in my supplements, these 3 vitamins weight is referred to in “ug” - how can I convert the IU to ug and mg?

mg: milligrams (0.001g)
ug (or mcg): micrograms (0.000001g or 0.001mg)

for IU, there is a converter here:

vitamins of different kinds have different conversion ratios, different types of one kind of vitamin (A, D, …) have different ratios too, but it doesn’t vary that much.
