They are alive at Soylent CS

I just got a response from Soylent CS. I had sent an email to myorder@soylent.me about a week ago and got an auto-response saying they would respond within 10 days and the did. Today Jean, the newly hired, said I should get my pitcher in the next couple weeks.

So as agervated as everyone is with the annoyingly slow and unresponsive CS they are indeed responding and will hopefully pick up the pace.

I was charged a couple days ago for a monthly subscription even though my subscription is on hold until April. I contacted them at 7 am requesting a refund, and had a response by 8 am saying my refund was being processed. It showed up in my bank the next day.
