Too much fiber - Soylent to the rescue!

I tried cutting a corner with my diy and just blended the vegetables instead of juicing half of then. Over a few days, I lost some of the energy I’d been feeling. Coincidentally prepping for a hangover, I made my last packet of official Soylent. A cup before bed and in the morning spared me the hangover. I still felt like I was on Soylent, but (since I live alone :blush: ) it’s no worse than pain-killers. I think that the break from all of that fiber did me good, too. I’m back to feeling great with half of the vegetables juiced.
