Using Spices for Micros?


I feel like this might be an easy way to get some micros where multis aren’t as flexible. However, I’m not completely sure how bio-available they are. Does anyone else do this?


I’m currently testing the use of cloves for manganese, though usually that’s something you want less of, not more. :stuck_out_tongue:

Although its not a spice basil can be used for vitamin K.


I could probably just take spoonfuls like medicine. Or, since I was planning on having 1 small meal a day, a less idiotic way would be to sprinkle it on a salad or something
