Want to start trying soylent for breakfast

As it says on the tin. I want to start Soylent, but only for one or two meals a day. What sort of equipment do I need to procure in order to start? I have a bottleful of daily multi’s I plan on taking with the soylent to cover my micronutrients, but I wouldn’t know where to start when it comes to the macro’s - namely, water, carbs, and protien. Likely nootropics, as well, but I can get those from the local co-op, I’m sure.
