Week 3 - 30 days of a Soylent only diet while running 70 miles a week

I’ve posted this on here a few times, but my bud is doing a 30 day diet of only Soylent.

His first two weeks were rough, but now he’s loving it.

Interesting that his legs “felt like rubber” until adding peanut butter to his soylent. That’s how my arms felt until I added whey protein.

Despite what Rob has said, I really believe that Soylent doesn’t have the right protein for most people who exercise regularly. You will need to supplement.
