What is the best nutrition profile?


I see people occasionally dissing the U.S. government DRI, male 19-50, 2000 calories profile saying it’s outdated and inaccurate in some areas.

So, is there a consensus here on a better profile?


That one seems to work well for most DIY recipes on the site, with 173 using it. The next highest one is a low-carb version of that, at only 55 recipes.

For the profiles in there, most people seem to agree that the one you mentioned is the best we currently have.
