What's up with the Soylent 2.0 commercial?

Is it just me, or is the Soylent 2.0 commercial sort of cheesy? Like, if we were selling bacon or something it would work, but Soylent is meant to functionalize food. It would seem like a commercial explaining its functionality would be better. Especially given that Soylent isn’t well known.

What do you guys all think?
