What's your opinion about Queal?


Have you used it for any significant amount of time? Does it keep you going? Any side-effects?

Just to give some context, it doesn’t seem to work for me. I feel weak 2h after a meal where I put more than they recommend. This is obviously an experiment and I’ll get back to normal meals as soon as I feel that this doesn’t work but… I expected more.

Then again it can be that I’m just not used to liquid meals.

Sure. Why not post your question in Experiences with Queal anyone? The thread is recent (less than two months old), and your questions would fit perfectly.
