Looking to make some Liquid Cake, and in the recipe the oats and whey protein have a lot of things like choline, thiamin, calcium etc that I can’t find any information on. How do I know this is accurate? The stuff I bought doesn’t even list this, so should I just ignore what the original creator put in as my oats don’t list all of these things? It makes it hard to decide how much choline to put in, as apparently whey has choline, yet I can’t find information on this.
I believe it’s from the USDA database. The nutrition labels on consumer products don’t list everything in it. You can check out Self Magazine’s online nutrition database and see if it says the same thing as the recipe. Both the DIY and that site source their data from the same gov database, I believe.
