Just about everyone agrees that students are the best fit for soylent, even soylent detractors. But I dont think anyone is loosing weight by using soylent. Fatty tissues are already pretty loose as they are.
Actually, they are. First of all its easier to determine how many calories you are consuming. Secondly you arent getting an excessive amounts of fat and certainly not any of the bad fats. You are only getting the amount of fats the body needs. Further, everything in Soylent is low glycemic. Studies show that low glycemic foods digest slower and make you feel fuller longer. “One study showed that people on a low-glycemic diet lost more fat than those on a high-glycemic diet with the same calories.” - WebMD
