Who wouldn't drink something called FATwater?

Dave Asprey, the Internet-famous half-crackpot half-genius, has really gone off the deep end with his marketing:

He claims that the lipids help your body absorb water better. I call BS. Lipids definitely help us absorb fat-soluble vitamins, but water? Sounds hokey.

It’s just another overpriced gimmick from one of the most notoriously scammy internet marketers.

The guy promotes his Bulletproof coffee & butter diet as the holy grail of weight loss and good health, yet in real life, he admits to being dependent on massive amounts of modafinil daily and bi-weekly steroid injections.

I’m not a nutritionist, but I’m pretty sure that too absorb water, you drink it and it goes into your cells. You don’t need to “digest” water.

Minerals are what helps hydrate the cells to one degree or another
