Why are people asking for refunds on their soylent?

I saw that on another post titled “5 days since sending request to soylent team with no reply”,

I saw that Julio had said that they were “working through the backlog of refund requests”.

Does this mean that people are so fed up with the delays that they are getting refunds on their orders?

And will shipping be sped up due to the fact that there are less orders on the table (so to speak).

What will be the effect of these massive refunds on other people’s orders? @JulioMiles

Mostly because they were tired of waiting for their order.

Our refund rate is actually extremely low for an e-commerce business, but given that we have nearly 25,000 backers it sometimes still takes some time to process them. Doesn’t have any affect on shipping schedule.
