Theanine seems like it would counteract the negative effects of the caffeine, so I agree, it’s weird that 5 hour energy doesn’t have any in it.
Technically it would give you more ‘focus’ and as we know remove the jitters. But perhaps the mass public may think ‘it is not working’ if they don’t really feel a physical push/jolt. First time I took it, it relaxed me too much.
