Why is Soylent customer service so slow?


I had an inquiry about my recent Soylent order that started shipping on 13th. I sent an email to ask for cancellation or at least changing the address since I moved. It’s been 4 days and I still haven’t received any reply yet.

This shipment will arrive tomorrow at my old place and I have no interest in having this because I still have my Soylent left. I’m just very disappointed how slow customer service is.
