It kind of bugs me that nobody seems comfortable calling Soylent “food”. And have to call it a " replacement ".
Just note that the ingredients on Wikipedia are from Rob’s original (well, from when the crowdfunding started) recipe, and not representative of Soylent 1.0. Case in point, there is no lycopene or lutein in 1.0.
@livingparadox, I haven’t seen any videos of Rob lately, but if I recall correctly, he calls it a ‘food replacement’ himself.
At this point we can ask who wants to update and correct Wikipedia on the new Soylent version.
I would have, but I don’t know what to change it to. And if that’s what he calls it, then it makes sense that wikipedia editors would as well.
