Workout Recovery Times Decreasing

I lift weights 3 to 4 times a week following a high intensity workout program. Low volume, heavy weights. Usually the really bad soreness will kick in two days after the workout for that particular body part. This week I have seen drastic reductions in severity and duration of soreness. I am a food eater but follow the vitamin and mineral ingredients to Soylent. Would this be from the phosphorus?
