Instead of the recommended 6-7 tablespoons of olive oil, I plan on using MCT oil.

Do you recommend I add anything else to a daily pouch of People Chow Premium beside the 3 tablespoons of MCT oil?

In addition to 3 tablespoons of MCT oil, add 3 tablespoons of olive (or canola) oil. That will put you at 6 tablespoons total. :stuck_out_tongue:
